Nenotech was officially founded on June 1, 2023, but the basic idea was already there months earlier, if you look at it closely. Inspired by the electronics club, in which various students, along with their teacher Martin Pohl, manufactured CO2 measuring devices for the school during the coronavirus pandemic, the idea of founding a company based on these devices arose in the "Gifted Talent Development" class at Norf High School. No sooner said than done, it began with a lot of planning, many personnel changes, and the first projects were slowly tackled. After the founding on June 1, one of the first major projects began: supporting the school with T-shirts for the anniversary trip, which allowed us to gain a lot of experience in sales and already have the initial start-up capital at hand. Over time, everything developed slowly, with many hurdles, as we were all just students with little time and even less knowledge, but that's precisely what makes this process so exciting. We started thinking about how we wanted to develop further and have already sold some CO2 meters to other schools.
